Can you use a daily exfoliator during the process?

Daily exfoliators are a great way to prep and maintain your results from your chemical peel, however you will want to wait a full week following a peel to resume to exfoliation.

Can you use any type of cleanser before a peel?

We recommend using a gel based cleanser for the best results. While cream cleansers are nice, they tend to leave residue on the skin which may affect the penetration of the peel.

Can I use a pill while on Accutane?

You must wait a full 12 months of being off of Accutane before using a chemical peel.

What do I need to use to apply the peeling solution?

We recommend using gauze pads or cotton balls for application.

How many layers can I apply of the peeling solution?

Certain peels may be layered such as Jessner, TCA and Fusion peels. Jessner peels can be layered up to 8 layers, while TCA and Fusion can be layered up to 3. Please use caution when layering TCA peels as they are aggressive peels.

Can I mix peels?

We do not recommend mixing or tampering with the peels as it can ruin the solution.
